Apple has won its preliminary junction after U.S District Judge Lucy Koh approved it.
"Although Samsung has a right to compete, it does not have a right to
compete unfairly, by flooding the market with infringing products,”Koh said on Tuesday.
Apple filed a motion
for a preliminary injunction in May 2012, claiming Samsung’s Galaxy Tab
10.1 infringes on an i Pad-related patent. Apple also filed a similar motion against Samsung’s Galaxy S III in June.
Question is what is Apple upto ? Is it because Samsung Tab is a threat to the Apple's i Pad and the iPhone 4s.
Lets wait and see what goes on with this case.
I'd buy the 'as good' but less expensive sumsung.
